Pickup sounds premium, but sometimes a meeting point is actually faster. The useful way to decide is to look at the actual logistics, what you want to learn or experience, and what the current listing includes for your date.
Hotel pickup is easiest in unfamiliar places
It reduces navigation before an early start and can be valuable when the destination is rural or the city is new to you.
Multiple pickups consume time
A bus collecting travelers from several hotels may spend a substantial part of the morning in city traffic. A central meeting point can get the group moving faster.
Check the eligible zone
“Pickup included” may not mean every hotel, rental or neighborhood. Confirm the location before booking.
Price your own transfer honestly
If you choose a meeting-point ticket, add the cost and time of getting there and back. The cheaper tour is not always the cheaper day.
